Refund policy
At Jerome Florists, each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and made to order. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we do not accept traditional returns. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup so we can review it and offer a replacement or a refund where the order did not meet our quality standards.

Resolution options
If your order does not meet our quality standards, we will review your request and may offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement arrangement
- A partial or full refund
All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation. There is no cost to the customer for the refund.
Non-returnable items
Because our floral arrangements are perishable and custom-made:
- Products cannot be returned once delivered
- Requests made more than 3 days after delivery or pickup may not be eligible for resolution
Order accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
Delivery conditions
We are not responsible for product condition issues resulting from:
- Incorrect delivery addresses
- Recipient unavailability
- Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (including weather or building access issues)
